Description
Nacar is hiring a Foresight and Future Design Lead to lead its strategic foresight vertical from the Barcelona studio. The role combines foresight, user research, and product strategy to identify emerging opportunities, develop future scenarios and service proposals, lead multidisciplinary squads, advise C-level clients, and manage timelines and resources. It requires at least five years of experience in strategic design or innovation consulting, fluency in English, and a hybrid work model with flexible hours.
