Beltrami County is hiring a full-time, benefited Forester for its Natural Resource Management Department. The role manages tax-forfeited lands and sustainable forest harvests, including timber sale design and preparation, contract administration, forest development, inventory, GIS mapping, wildlife census, resource management planning, and communication with landowners and the public. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in forestry, natural resources, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least three years of progressively related forestry experience and a valid Minnesota driver’s license. The preferred hiring salary range is $34.90 to $38.13 per hour, with a full range of $34.90 to $44.21 per hour.
