Description
Pursuit Aerospace is hiring a Forge Operator I in Cleveland, Ohio to set up, operate, and maintain forging equipment used in aerospace component production. The role involves forming, swaging, upsetting, and contouring preforms and airfoil blanks; reading blueprints and work instructions; performing in-process inspections; maintaining material traceability; documenting production and quality activities; and following safety and lockout/tagout procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of manufacturing experience are required, while forging, metalworking, or heavy-industrial experience is preferred. The position requires full-time U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship, the ability to work any shift, and physical ability to perform manufacturing tasks in a hot, noisy, and dusty environment.
