Description
The Forge Operator II will coordinate and execute heating, bar transfer, die changes, furnace setup, material handling, and related forging support activities at ELLWOOD Crankshaft Group’s Sharon, Pennsylvania facility. The role supports product development, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, quality control, continuous improvement, and safety, and may require rotating shifts, 12-hour schedules, and overtime. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, forging or applicable manufacturing equipment experience, analytical and organizational skills, computer proficiency, communication and math abilities, and the ability to train others.
