The Forge Operator II will coordinate and execute heating, bar transfer, die changes, furnace setup, material handling, die assembly, in-process inspection, and flash-removal activities for a multi-directional forging press work-center. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, forging or applicable manufacturing equipment experience, analytical and organizational skills, computer proficiency, communication and math abilities, and the ability to train others. The position may involve rotating shifts, 12-hour schedules, and overtime, and includes occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds.
