Scot Forge is hiring an entry-level Forge Utility employee for a Monday-Friday 2nd shift from 3:40 PM to 2:30 AM with a 10% shift premium. The role supports open-die and rolled-ring forging production by locating and inspecting materials, operating and fueling press and furnace equipment, coordinating pre-forging loads, grinding defects, repairing tools, removing scrap, and transporting parts. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, a valid forklift operating certificate, basic computer and blueprint skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position requires physical work in a hot, noisy, dusty, and vibrating manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 64 pounds, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
