Description
The Forging Engineer will evaluate and optimize forging processes, design and repair dies and tools, support quality control and continuous improvement, lead design reviews across ECG facilities, develop production work instructions, and lead assigned projects. The role requires a relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of forging experience, knowledge of hydraulic systems and controls, proficiency with AutoCAD, F.E.A, DEFORM, or Solid Works, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
