The Outside Forklift/Offal Operator unloads and stores dry goods, removes trash and offal, operates an offal auger system, inspects machinery, and maintains a safe and orderly production facility. The role is hourly, based at the Waco Prepared Foods facility in Waco, Texas, and requires PIT training, forklift certification, scissor-lift certification, strong math and basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with scissor lifts is preferred.
