Forklift Operator at DHL Group

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator for a Friday–Sunday 5 a.m.–5 p.m. shift. The role combines 30–90% equipment operation with material handling and loading/unloading duties, including moving, stocking, staging, preparing products for shipment, verifying loads, maintaining equipment, and completing inventory and safety procedures. Applicants need a forklift operator certificate or training completion within 30 days, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, six months of warehouse experience is preferred, and six months of forklift operation experience is required. Pay is $20.25 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential and a $1,000 retention bonus, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and training benefits.
