DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for its Arlington training location and subsequent Lancaster facility. The role involves loading and unloading shipments, case picking, moving products with powered equipment, material handling, order picking, inventory accuracy, equipment inspection, and safety compliance. The position works the first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and pays $20.00 per hour. Applicants need at least one year of experience operating an electric pallet jack or stand-up reach forklift and previous case picking experience; a forklift operator certificate or training program completion within 30 days is required, while a high school diploma, six months of warehouse experience, and six months of forklift operation experience are preferred.
