Great Northern is hiring a Forklift Operator to perform material handling, shipping, warehouse, inventory, and receiving duties in a paper-based packaging manufacturing facility. The role operates forklifts to weigh, store, stage, ship, and transport materials; verifies incoming materials against receivers, manifests, and packing lists; assists with finished-goods inventory accuracy and occasional trailer billing. Candidates must be available for any shift and are expected to work safely, reliably, collaboratively, and effectively. Pay is $25.00 per hour for the first 45 working days, increasing to $29.20 per hour, with a $1.50 differential for second and third shifts.
