Optimized Process Designs is hiring a Forklift Operator for its Baytown II, Texas jobsite. The role operates an extended-reach forklift to move materials, pallets, boxes, pipe, and other large objects; unloads shipments; and stages materials in designated areas. The operator must follow safety procedures, work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work shifts up to 12 hours per day and seven days per week. At least 1.5 years of forklift-operator experience is required, while three years of experience and proficiency with other large equipment are preferred.
