R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for its Meriden, Connecticut service center. The role involves safely moving freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long, operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock, reading manifests, interacting with a computer display, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position starts at $24.95 per hour, runs Monday through Friday beginning at 5:00 PM, and offers PTO after 90 calendar days, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, and employee resort lodging.
