Description
Berlin Packaging is hiring a Forklift Operator I to prepare shipments, load and unload product, and support general warehouse operations. The role involves operating forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment; organizing customer orders; transferring supplies; storing and labeling materials; preparing billing paperwork; recording transactions in an ERP system; performing cycle counts; maintaining cGMP and ISO standards; and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. A high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse or forklift experience are strongly preferred, and the position requires passing the company forklift certification program. The IL base pay range is $19–$22 USD, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
