Description
The Forklift Operator – Production operates forklifts to move materials and finished products between warehouse and production areas, stacks and counts inventory, scans pallets, maintains accurate inventory records, prepares finished product for shipment, and supports production staging and inventory control. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift operation experience, RF scanner experience, and the ability to obtain forklift certification within five days of placement. It is an hourly, nonexempt manufacturing position performed on the production floor and outside, with physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds and exposure to wet, humid, hot, and cold conditions.
