R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator for its Lakeland, Florida service center. The role involves safely moving freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long and operating a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position requires forklift experience, the ability to read manifests and interact with a computer display, physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop, dependability, and experience in a fast-paced environment; LTL experience is preferred. The role pays $22.82 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, and vacation lodging at employee resorts.
