Description
The role performs repair and maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, primarily diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklift trucks for existing and new accounts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting breakdowns, ordering and installing components, conducting tests, maintaining equipment, documenting service and installation work, and communicating professionally with customers. Requirements include knowledge of internal combustion engines, electricity, and hydraulics; a valid driver’s license; a clear motor vehicle report; independent and teamwork abilities; strong communication and customer relations skills; and the ability to acquire own tools.
