Description
Kronospan is hiring a Resin and Formalin Plant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of its Resin and Formalin plants, supervise and coordinate plant operators, troubleshoot production and quality issues, develop resin recipes, manage maintenance and stock control, support shutdowns, maintain COMAH and IPPC compliance, and coach technicians and operators. The role requires a degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Science, or Engineering or substantial relevant experience, at least three years of chemical process plant experience, formalin and resin process knowledge, and strong people-management and analytical skills. It is a full-time Monday-to-Friday contract with training, development, and career progression opportunities.
