Description
The WL Assembler 1 supports manufacturing assembly and production by maintaining inventory, soldering components, mixing resin and adhesive, performing vacuum-assisted resin infusion, assisting with prototype builds, and improving assembly and production processes. The role requires a high school diploma or relevant work experience, at least three years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with production testing and quality control, and the ability to read engineering drawings, assemble components precisely, use testing equipment, and follow safety and production procedures. The position involves extended standing, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and may require shift work.
