LEAP is hiring a Forms Designer for its Property Law team in Sydney. The role focuses on researching legislation and legal processes, creating and maintaining compliant automated legal forms and precedents, using Microsoft Word, automation tools, and JavaScript, testing forms, incorporating client feedback, and collaborating with legal and internal teams. Candidates should have 2–5 years of law-firm experience, strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office editing skills, legal-process knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. Training in the automation tools and JavaScript is provided, and flexible hybrid arrangements are available.
