Description
The Formulation Analyst will support the Animal Nutrition and Health business by creating, reviewing, releasing, and maintaining formulas for premixes, concentrates, supplements, and animal diets. The role manages commercial and operational requests, prepares technical documentation, supports regulatory, quality, safety, and production compliance, participates in risk and change-management activities, and contributes to process optimization and continuous improvement. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of monogastric and/or ruminant nutrition, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; experience with formulation systems and intermediate English or Spanish are advantageous.
