Randstad Construct is hiring a Formwork Carpenter in Flanders to manufacture and install molds for concrete structures on construction sites. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, assembling formwork, checking dimensions and quality, coordinating with concrete pourers, maintaining tools, and following safety regulations. Candidates need construction training or initial formwork carpenter experience, knowledge of formwork materials and techniques, the ability to read complex plans, a valid VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, and comfort working at heights.
