Description
The Formwork Foreman will lead formwork carpenters on large construction projects, including schools, residential care centers, public buildings, bridges, and tunnels. Responsibilities include reading plans, coordinating the team, making and assembling wooden and prefabricated metal formwork, pouring concrete, removing formwork, and reinforcing concrete with iron mesh or rebar. The role requires prior formwork carpenter experience, team leadership, safety awareness, flexibility, and the ability to drive the van and collect colleagues. It is a full-time contract of indefinite duration following a successful temporary period, with a Monday–Friday schedule, PC124 coverage, and benefits including meal vouchers, commuting and travel allowances, vacation days, and team-building activities.
