Description
The Construction Laborer supports a construction crew by connecting prefabricated walls, stairs, columns, and beams to a tower crane, coordinating with the crane operator, and assisting with concrete pouring, formwork, material preparation, and other site tasks. The role offers hourly pay of €18.50–€24 depending on experience, training, a possible permanent position after a temporary period, overtime, a clothing allowance, sector-specific bonuses, meal vouchers, and a clear schedule. Applicants must be sure-footed, value safety, speak and understand Dutch fluently, and have a category B driver’s license or be able to travel to Meulebeke independently.
