Description
Connell is hiring a full-time Formwork Carpenter to work on civil construction projects in and around the Lower North Island, including foundation pads and structures. The role involves constructing formwork, falsework, and timber structures; operating small plant and machinery; placing concrete; lifting and carrying materials; assisting other trades; and performing site cleaning. Applicants need three years of verifiable work experience or a relevant trade qualification, with mainstream formwork carpentry experience preferred. The position runs Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and pays $30–$34 per hour depending on experience.
