Konvert Construct is hiring a full-time formwork carpenter for a client working on large residential projects such as nursing homes, schools, hospitals, and large apartment buildings. The role involves assembling and installing prefabricated concrete formwork, tying reinforcing steel, operating forklifts and Manitou telehandlers, pouring concrete, erecting scaffolding, preparing materials, and maintaining a tidy construction site. Applicants need construction-sector experience, forklift and Manitou skills, physical strength, and a valid category B driver's license plus VCA certificate or willingness to obtain the certificate. The position is on a day shift, pays according to construction industry scales, and provides a company van after a permanent contract and training opportunities.
