Description
The Formwork Foreman will lead and distribute work among formworkers and bricklayers on construction sites, plan and organize formwork activities, check quality and safety, assist with complex formwork, coordinate materials and logistics, and act as a liaison between the project manager and team members. The role requires prior foreman or similar leadership experience in structural construction, organizational and safety skills, independent decision-making, communication, and motivation abilities. Compensation is €18,592–€22,374 per hour, with travel, mobility, clothing, pension, training, and vacation benefits.
