Description
The Formwork Foreman will lead a small crew, work actively on site, monitor schedules and progress, and perform formwork and rebar work for concrete structures. The role includes reading reinforcement plans, cutting, bending, and connecting steel, assembling prefabricated elements, checking quality, ensuring safety, coordinating with colleagues, and maintaining an orderly workplace. The ideal profile includes experience as a formwork carpenter or steel fixer, crew leadership, plan-reading ability, safety awareness, physical outdoor work, a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, Dutch language skills, and a category B driving licence. Compensation is €18.231–€21.940 gross per hour, with meal vouchers, clothing and mobility allowances, overtime compensation, holiday pay, insurance, pension accrual, training, and Belgian statutory and sectoral leave.
