Description
The employer is hiring a Formwork Foreman to lead a team of 2 to 5 colleagues and carry out formwork installation on various nearby construction sites. The foreman will direct and motivate the team, leave the depot with the team each day, and work from approximately 6–7 a.m. until 5–6 p.m. Experience in construction and operating cranes, a leadership mindset, initiative, personal transportation, and willingness to work actively are required. After a successful interim period, a permanent contract is offered, with pay according to the company's pay scales and flexibility for experienced candidates.
