Description
The employer is hiring a Formwork Team Leader to lead a team of formworkers on railway, road, tunnel, bridge, and industrial construction projects. The role includes formwork and stripping, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring and finishing, worksite organization, and daily task distribution and supervision. Work is performed on site throughout Flanders, within one hour of the employee’s home, with a 7 a.m. to 3–4 p.m. schedule and rare night or weekend work. The position offers a permanent contract, construction-sector pay starting at €18.592, meal vouchers, and other benefits.
