Description
Sigma Software is hiring a Forward AI Deployment Engineer to work embedded with client operational teams and redesign workflows so AI handles work that doesn't require a person. The role owns the end-to-end transition from a vague business problem to a production system, including prototyping, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, custom data pipelines, stakeholder alignment, client-team enablement, and telemetry or evaluation pipelines. Candidates need proven experience moving AI systems from prototype to production, strong knowledge of LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines, and the ability to map undocumented decision logic and manage stakeholders.
