Description

TalentLign is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy enterprise-grade SaaS products into customer-managed AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. The role owns cloud configuration, secure integrations with SSO, ATS, HRIS, and APIs, UAT, production cutover, stabilization, handoff, and on-ground customer support. Candidates need 3–6 years of relevant experience, familiarity with IAM, VPC, REST APIs, SAML, OIDC, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash, and experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments. The position includes onboarding and training in Bangalore before on-site partner deployment.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment, technical implementation, or customer-facing integration engineering
Experience deploying and configuring software in customer-managed environments with IAM, VPC, and network controls
Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, SSO protocols, JSON/XML, and data ingestion pipelines
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, and Bash
Experience supporting end-to-end implementation cycles, customer enablement, technical validation, and post-go-live support
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Background in enterprise SaaS implementation engineering
Background as a customer engineer or cloud consultant
Background as a DevOps or cloud engineer in a consulting delivery team
B2B SaaS onboarding experience, particularly leading external customer deployments
