Progressive Leasing is hiring a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to partner with business and product teams on designing, building, and deploying AI agents for real-world workflows. The role focuses on agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, vector databases, memory systems, API and enterprise integrations, Microsoft Power Platform applications, and AI performance optimization. Candidates should have hands-on experience with agent systems, RAG, vector databases, API integration, and observability, with experience in Copilot Studio, MCP, AI-assisted coding, and forward-deployed or solution engineering backgrounds preferred.
