Description

WTW is hiring a Forward Deployed Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients and internal business workflows. The role combines hands-on AI engineering with technical leadership, covering LLM and agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, tool orchestration, enterprise integrations, production reliability, evaluation, security, governance, and adoption. Candidates should have significant software engineering, solutions architecture, or platform engineering experience, including experience with Anthropic Claude and enterprise-scale AI applications. The position is hybrid, with remote work and occasional office collaboration.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant professional experience in software engineering, technical leadership, solutions architecture, or platform engineering, ideally in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions using Anthropic Claude, including AI agents, tool orchestration, reasoning workflows, Model Context Protocol, and enterprise-scale automation.
Hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems, including LLM pipelines, document extraction, structured output generation, AI-assisted analytics, prediction interfaces, or agentic workflows.
Experience working with business-critical systems requiring reliability, maintainability, operational support, and measurable business impact.
Experience collaborating with data scientists, product managers, QA teams, architects, security teams, and senior stakeholders.
Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical delivery, establishing engineering standards, and influencing teams beyond direct line management.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering production applications using APIs, distributed systems, microservices, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, and cloud platforms.
Experience developing multi-agent workflows, integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, and scaling solutions from proof of concept to production.
