Tribe is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Architect to lead mission-critical client engagements by designing end-to-end AI/ML systems, providing technical direction, and coaching engineers. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with client strategy, translating complex solutions into reusable patterns and influencing decisions across engineering and executive audiences. Candidates need at least 10 years of complex software-systems experience, strong AI/ML expertise, experience leading and coaching at least three engineers, and a background in consulting or client-facing engineering.
