Edison Scientific is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work on-site with scientific R&D organizations in pharma and biotech. The role owns the delivery of AI agent solutions, including translating scientific requirements into roadmaps, designing and deploying production integrations, troubleshooting reliability issues, building customer relationships, and feeding product feedback to internal teams. Candidates need at least two years of software engineering experience, strong Python or TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agentic AI systems, and the ability to work independently with 20–40% travel. The position offers a $200,000–$300,000 salary plus equity and full healthcare coverage.
