GGW Group is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Hamburg to work directly with business units and own end-to-end AI and automation projects from problem definition through production. The role develops production-ready systems such as LLM-based workflows, RAG systems, agentic pipelines, automations, and domain-specific models, while serving as a technical interface for internal stakeholders and contributing to the group’s AI strategy. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, production AI/ML experience, hands-on LLM and agentic-systems experience, strong communication and entrepreneurial skills, and excellent German and English proficiency. The position offers a salary of 80,000–110,000 EUR per year and flexible working arrangements.
