Description
Keyrus is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Madrid, Spain, on a hybrid flexible employee/contract basis with a target start date of September 2026. The role is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week individual-contributor position focused on translating client AI challenges into production-ready GenAI and agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, and AI-enabled workflows. The engineer will own solutions from ambiguity through deployment, monitor and improve them, define success criteria, ensure governance and transferability, and create reusable patterns. The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, strong Python and software-engineering skills, and experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps. Compensation is €70,000–€85,000 per year, with private medical insurance, dental coverage, and other benefits.
