Turing is hiring a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer for its Enterprise AI business unit in New York City. The role owns end-to-end production generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, from customer discovery and architecture through deployment, evaluation, observability, security, reliability, latency, scalability, and cost. It requires 8+ years of production software engineering experience, hands-on agentic AI experience, and strong client-facing communication. The work model is in-office, typically three to five days per week, with compensation of $200,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity.
