BCG X is hiring an Associate-level Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead end-to-end software development and implementation for client-facing AI and digital transformation projects. The role involves selecting technology stacks, building web, mobile, data, and cloud solutions, leading DevOps/MLOps and QA, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting client operations, and advising on technology selection and best practices. The position is based in the Tokyo office, is permanent full-time, and includes a six-month probationary period.
