Description
IFS is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers on custom, production-ready AI solutions. The role owns the full lifecycle of intelligent-agent use cases, from discovery and prototyping through configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and handoff. Responsibilities include integrating IFS Loops with customer systems, tuning agent behavior, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and translating business problems into technical solutions. The position requires 2–5 years of relevant software, solutions, or machine-learning deployment experience, Python proficiency, and familiarity with LLM applications, RAG, or conversational AI workflows. Hybrid work is supported.
