Caylent is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Lead to serve as the strategic and architectural lead for AI engagements across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The role owns AI strategy, operating models, outcome mapping, maturity assessments, executive presentations, and account expansion, while directing a Forward Deployed Engineer on Claude Code tooling, prompt architecture, and workflow automation. It requires 8+ years of software development or technical architecture experience, 3+ years in engineering leadership or technical consulting, and a Certified Claude Architect credential. The position is fully remote, may require up to 50% travel, and offers a base salary of CAD $228,000–$253,000 per year plus potential bonuses, commissions, and equity.
