Description
The Operating Principal will embed with Sumeru’s portfolio companies to translate AI and automation platforms into production workflows, from discovery and architecture through pilot, measurement, scaling, and portfolio-wide roadmap development. The role combines hands-on solution architecture and engineering with executive influence, deal diligence, vendor strategy, capability building, change management, and ROI storytelling. It requires 10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in large-scale enterprise technology delivery, operations, professional services, or solution consulting, plus hands-on experience with workflow automation, LLM-powered solutions, and platform-to-use-case translation.
