Description
Welltower is hiring a Forward Deployed Analyst to embed with a team, learn its decision-making process, deploy AI and analytical tools against real data and workflows, drive user adoption, capture knowledge, and feed insights back to the build team. The role requires at least four years of CRE investment analysis or capital allocation experience, strong institutional real estate decision-making knowledge, hands-on AI tool use, client-facing ability, data fluency, and on-site work in the New York City metropolitan area. The New York base salary range is $135,000 to $165,000, with bonus, equity, retirement, paid time off, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
