Notion is hiring a Forward Deployed Architect for its Services team to lead complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea. The role partners with customers to translate business goals and technical environments into scalable Notion architectures, AI-native workflows, integrations, governance, and production implementations. Responsibilities include discovery, solution design, launch planning, adoption, handoff, executive alignment, change management, coordination with engineers and partners, and coaching other architects. Candidates need at least five years of relevant customer-facing technology experience, hands-on AI workflow and implementation experience, technical knowledge of data modeling, APIs, integrations, agent evaluation, security, and SQL, strong project and communication skills, and professional fluency in Korean and English.
