Description
Cara is hiring a Forward Deployed Broker to work directly with enterprise insurance brokerages, embedding with operators and executives to identify and deploy AI workflows, redesign operations, drive adoption, expand accounts, and translate customer workflows into product insights. The role combines sales, consulting, and product work and requires at least three years of insurance brokerage experience, familiarity with mid-market or enterprise brokerages, strong selling and account-expansion skills, curiosity about AI, effective communication, and a builder mindset.
