Neros is hiring a Forward-Deployed Business Development Engineer to work within its EMEA Growth team, deploying across Europe and the Middle East to deliver FPV and interceptor training, support demonstrations and campaign events, build relationships with allied and partner forces, translate business-development conversations into fielded capability, and develop repeatable field-support processes. The role requires at least three years of relevant military, defence business development, field operations, or operational training experience, extensive travel, an active security clearance or ability to obtain one, and familiarity with FPV, UAS, or counter-UAS systems. The stated salary range is $67,500–$94,500 USD base, with competitive equity grants.
