Salesforce is hiring a Forward Deployed (Value Acceleration) Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, implement, and optimize automated business-process solutions using Agentforce platform capabilities. The role owns solution roadmaps and feature lifecycles, translates customer and business requirements into automated workflows, manages product backlogs and Agile delivery, conducts customer research, and collaborates with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and customer success. Candidates need 3–8+ years of experience in product management, process automation, business analysis, or solutions consulting, along with enterprise B2B SaaS, workflow mapping, automation tools, and cross-functional delivery experience. The typical base salary is $117,200–$223,900 annually, with $141,200–$246,000 in select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas.
