Description
Tribe is hiring a Forward Deployed CTO to own technical transformation across 1–2 high-stakes enterprise accounts, serve as a senior technical partner to C-suite stakeholders, guide AI deployment and governance decisions, and build reusable architecture patterns, evaluation frameworks, deployment playbooks, and tooling. The role also hires and develops FD Engineers, Architects, and PMs. Candidates need 12+ years of engineering experience, deep AI/ML and production-systems expertise, experience founding a company or leading a 0-to-1 product, knowledge of modern AI technologies, and a background in client-facing or consulting engineering.
