Description
EROAD is hiring a Forward Deployed Data Engineer to own strategic North American customer engagements while combining hands-on data engineering with customer-facing solution delivery. The role leads discovery workshops, translates business problems into data, analytics, and AI solutions, builds applied AI prototypes, manages scoping and risk, and collaborates with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Candidates need at least five years of data or analytics engineering experience, strong SQL, cloud data warehouse experience, Python or a relevant programming language, dbt or an equivalent transformation framework, data quality and governance practices, Git-based development and CI/CD experience, and strong executive communication skills.
